The Institute of Economic and Environmental Law has a team of 6 researchers, with 5 having Ph.Ds.. The institute’s main research foci are general theories of economic law, anti-unfair competition law, anti-trust law, product quality law, consumer right protection law, financial law, state-owned assets management law, trust law, environmental law, natural resources law, energy and climate change law. Through deep cooperation with other university research centers such as Research Institute of Eco-environmental Damage Assessment Studies, this institute undertakes research projects by concentrating on practical issues in relation to the economic and nvironmental
laws.
