Along the research direction of doctoral thesis, I have been mainly focused on the research over the years on various kinds of obstacles to performing the debt during the performance, such as non-performance of debt, risk of burden, and change of situation. Futhermore, I have also been focused on the inevitable topic, namely remedies of non-performance of debt which is related to my research diretion, such as the scope of damages for non-performance, relationship between continuing to perform and liability for damages, temination of contracts, and liquidated damages. In the recent years, my research direction has been gradually diverted to credit assignment and related areas, such as the concurrence of double assignment, guarantee for credit assignment and trust system,etc.
